I grew up living off this road. I cherish the years learning to drive on its gorgeous turns around ancient oaks. These trees are priceless and take hundreds of years to grow, they process so much carbon compared to other plant life. Please preserve them we desperately need them.

Well meaning but poor plan and doesn’t take it into account the minute you enter Mandarin Road from San Jose or Scott mill you can feel the temperature as well as blood pressure drop. It’s a magical location , please don’t change it.

Mandarin Road is the most beautiful road that I know of in Jacksonville. I’ve ridden down it soo many times because of it’s beauty. Adding sidewalks would be taking away it’s natural beauty. His family has been here 66+ years and they have never ever had this problem. Not only the drainage problem that we have in our area it the main subpump that goes out. This has happened twice since he has lived here. Thanks City of Tampa for keeping family's safe. (NOT)
We had 4 inches inside our home. Lost everything from waist down. No help from the city just with churches family and friends. We had to live in a RV for about 4 months with 2 adults 1 child and 2 dogs. Just say this should have never happened.
