I live a block away from this proposed development. In no way can our area handle it. I regularly drive behind slow tractors and agricultural trucks on 272 and 264, which are tiny roads and the only way to get to US1 / Turnpike. The traffic, noise, and crime from the proposed density would make living here unbearable

Our community is being destroyed. We Overrun by traffic on roads that were never designed to accommodate this level of vehicles. No improvements of police or fire services , we are being dumped on and ignored by our county officials. So tired of hearing it’s part of an approved plan when the county never prepared the infrastructure improvements needed for such a huge increase in population. Many of these areas are unique sensitive environmental areas that should be protected!!! Stop letting developers destroy our home.

Stop hurting communities, vital farmland, and rural integrity. Higgins forced an expensive bridge project in Palmetto Bay that will only induce more traffic. A car drove through my fence in the middle of the night a few weeks ago, and the forced bridge is not even up yet. This rural region is a treasure.

Please do not ignore the people's voices. This chosen location is not appropriate for that development. Not to mention the overcrowding of schools in the area. Why aren't there new schools being built, just new homes.

The current water issues have impacted so many families both physically and financially. Water is a basic necessity, safe water even more of a necessity. The inability to use water that we already pay for is insane and the fact that we have to go buy more water to cover for your mistakes is even worse. Not to mention that there are people who are stuck drinking tap water and who can’t afford to buy it because taxes and inflation is so high. Have you thought of the long term financial impact the city will incur when we all die of a disease from drinking the water. It’s just a matter of time before the law suits start because it will be linked. By building up Attleboro as quick as you did put all of us in jeopardy. Not to mention the impact that this has had on our police department, our school system, wildlife, our health. This isn’t about just water. This is about the whole picture. Stop building, it’s not sustainable and we don’t need anymore people.
Michelle supported: Temporary moratorium on NEW construction until issues are addressed
