Animals and children DO have a voice even though people may not hear it. They should NEVER be harmed or taken advantage of just because they cant speak.
Summer supported: Demand an End to Animal and Child Abuse on Social Media PlatformsIt’s alarming seeing the never-ending hate speech and harassment generated by this guy, Scott Hochstetter, ( D.O.A.). I am just a YouTube viewer (not a creator) in the YT space, so I’m commenting from a consumer point of view.
Hochstetter's outright evasion of YouTube's safeguards in spite of being booted once by you guys is concerning, to say the least. You are enabling a vicious cycle of toxicity and fear among viewers and creators. On some level, y’all have to hold a safe environment for everyone, not just one person.
Please do something sooner rather than later and forcefully stop D.O.A.’s thumbing his nose at your policies. Prove you ARE a platform that values variety and creativity over division and hate. And please…no short-term fixes; YouTube has to do a better job at upholding basic creator and consumer safety procedures in order to avoid problems like this going forward

He went on to tell lies about me and did a liveatream where he demanded all other channels block me so I could not comment on any other channels. On multiple occasions he put my life in jeopardy by effectively getting swatted and cops showed up to our location with weapons drawn. He should have a lifetime YouTube ban. He's a real danger to all who encounter him. Several people have justly sought and received protective orders against him, so the courts, like myself seem to agree his countless victims.

He announced he would harass and destroy any small channel who didn’t support him. Well that included me. My channel was harassed by his minions and I lost subs because of him. But others had it worse. He is dangerously egging his followers to go after other creators or even just viewers who he labels bad actors at his whim. Which changes with the blink of an eye. He does nothing but harass LAPD and if he isn’t stopped it’s a matter of time before he causes someone to get hurt.

From what I've read, he was not read his Miranda rights (which include the right to remain silent and have an attorney answer the police's questions instead). He was detained against his will, forcibly investigated, and put into a terrifying situation by the police. Like everyone else, Luigi has the right to be treated with fairness, integrity, and honesty. He is innocent until proven guilty.

Evidence and testimonies are often ignored, quickly leading to dubious sentences and casting shadows on the principle of justice served. Our judicial system should ensure each individual's right to a fair trial, a cornerstone of our democracy and protected under the Sixth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
On behalf of a group of more than 600 people, we believe in everyone’s right to a fair trial! the way this case is being handled does not make us hard working civilians feel safe & we have little to no trust in those who are supposed to “protect us & shows that the media is controlled. It’s horrifying to think they’ll “make an example” out of this man and not feel a single shred of empathy for the family friends and supporters from around the world. Please do the right thing and give Luigi Mangione his right to a fair trial.

This case is living witness to everything that is wrong in a criminal legal system that abandons tenets and principles in pursuit, not of truth, but of a desire to be right, a desire to find someone, anyone, to slay the lust of its corporate Oligarch overlords.

Our current system reveals that it values certain American lives more than others based (it seems) on net worth, that it believes that actions from a C-suite cannot cause harm across the country: In hospitals, rehab centers and in difficult conversations around kitchen tables.
If a person who comes before the court isn't treated as innocent until proven guilty ...
If America no longer believes in the rights enshrined in the Constitution, a foundational document, than what right does any US citizens really have?
We have to examine and debate these questions now, as citizens of a nation slowing slipping out of our grasp.
