My family risked our lives to escape from the control of the Vietnamese communist party and we found our refuge in Australia, a country that gives every citizen the freedom to express our political views through peaceful protests. The Vietnamese community protest annually in Canberra outside the Vietnamese communist Embassy.
On the 30th April 2025 we were provoked by a person who appeared at our protest, put a song that praised the war criminal Ho Chi Minh, the song that brought back a lot of distress for our people. She then attacked a member in the crowd for no reason.
We signed this petition asking the police department to investigate who this person is and hold her accountable for her actions. She entered our area to harass our community and to emotionally and mentally abuse the freedom that we so desperately try to preserve.

We had to leave our homeland to escape communism. America, Australia, and Canada are countries that respect human rights and protect Vietnamese refugees from communism. After 50 years, the communists have infiltrated the free country and continue to harass genuine Vietnamese refugees from communism. April 30 is a day of great mourning for the Vietnamese people who were robbed of their country and killed by the communists. We do not accept communist fanatics continuing to stay in a free country to continue to harass and cause trouble for the Vietnamese refugee community from communism in America, Australia, Canada, etc. Around The Global West.. we need AFP to open to investigate & revoke her citizenship and deport back Vietnam. Năm 1954, cha mẹ chúng tôi đã phải bỏ tất cả tài sản, nhà cửa, ruộng vườn... bồng bế chúng tôi chạy từ Hà Nội vào miền Nam tìm tự do ! Trong suốt 20 năm chống lại cuộc chiến tranh xâm lược do ncq/cs Hà Nội phát động. Một người anh, và một người em của tôi đã gia nhập QLVNCH, và đã hy sinh trong cuộc chiến này ! Tôi đã nhiều lần cùng vợ bồng bế các con đi vượt biên để tìm tự do nhưng không thoát, thậm chí còn bị cs bắt giữ, cầm tù khổ sở ! Mãi đến năm 1984, tôi mới vượt biên thoát được một mình qua Mã Lai, được nước Úc đón nhận và bảo lãnh vợ con đoàn tụ cuối năm 1984 cho đến nay. Chúng tôi vô cùng căm thù đảng cs, và cái nhà nước csVN !

Chúng tôi đã phải rời bỏ quê hương chạy trốn cộng sản. Mỹ, Úc, Canada....v.v.. là những đất nứơc tôn trọng quyền con ngừơi và bảo vệ những ngừơi Việt nam tị nạn cộng sản. Chúng tôi không chấp nhận những kẻ cuồng cộng sản tiếp tục ở lại trên nứơc tự do để tiếp tục quấy rối và gây sự với cộng đồng ngừơi Việt tị nan cộng sản ở nứơc Mỹ, Úc, Canada...
