J’ai élevé 2 enfants, dont un avec un trouble du sommeil malgré un lit bien douillet. Je dors mal moi-même depuis 5 ans. Mon souhait pour les enfants du Québec, du Canada et du Monde ? Un ventre plein, un doux sommeil en sécurité, un avenir rempli de promesses.

Sleep poverty is real! Especially when it comes to families fleeing domestic violence or other sad and unhealthy situations. Children that are already suffering with stress and worry should not have to be further impacted by not having a place to sleep at night. A lot of families are still trying to recover from financial burdens that occurred during COVID as well. Imagine. It having a bed to sleep on… this IS true for so many more than we realize. Help stop all the issues that arise from sleep poverty in their tracks (like poor mental health)
