I think she become our coach again is shes the only one that understands us , she is the glue to our team as soon as she wasn’t here our team fell apart.this team needs her, we aren’t a team with out her. This amazing women is everything to us she was their when we needed her , she stuck with us even with all this every other coach would of just left and found another team.

She was always kind to the colorgaurd when we shared a bus and made us feel included. There weren't stereotypical mean cheerleaders, the girls were kind and respectful to each other whenever I saw them. She taught them to build each other up. I will NEVER try out for hanover cheer unless I know we can have a couch like her. We have teachers and couches who are far less competent and compassionate and they still get to teach. Please bring her back!

I would expect that a school district would utilize due process and at the very least formally interview Janet to collect her information. It seems that she provided all attendees a very specific itinerary stating when she would be in charge of her cheerleaders. I would respectfully request that this issue be re-addressed so that all of the facts could be evaluated. The Hanover Public School District forced out a dedicated and compassionate coach. Do the right thing and listen to/hear all of the facts!!!

She is like another mother to me, if I didnt feel comfortable talking to someone I would always go to her and talk to her and she would help me through it. Coach is a good rule model to our team and she did nothing wrong!!

Coach Janet fought tooth and nail to get her cheer squad to where it needed to be for years. She stepped into the role of a second mom to most, but most importantly she was one of the best coaches HHS has ever seen. Hanover Public School District, once a Nighthawk, always a Nighthawk. Don’t take away the joy of the sport because of a rash decision made by the District. Reinstate Janet for coach, she deserves it and every single one of her cheer squad members, deserve it too.

That one single word does not even describe Janet. She is a wonderful Coach. However her qualities are much more than just being a Coach. She's a positive role model with values and support towards each and every student. She taught the students confidence and courage. A wrong decision was made to take away Coach Janet and it needs to be corrected immediately. #LETHERCOACH

It was so exciting to see my daughter cheer in front of 39k+ fans. Not only did she get to cheer in front of all these people as a tribute to the military, but to have the military stand and honor THEM, meaning our girls. You could just feel the respect in the stadium!! I've never experienced something quite like this. It was a true honor and I hope it's not taken away!!
We also loved the way all the girls got along, had fun, seemed to become closer at the tailgate. The way the parents all pitched in to get them breakfast and made sure they had an amazing time. Having coach Janet's husband on the mic to keep things going and upbeat. I LOVED it!!! I think it's safe to safe we had an AMAZING TIME!! Never once did I as a parent ever feel uncomfortable, see my daughter feel uncomfortable, or ever feel like we were in danger at anytime. If anything it was the complete opposite. It felt like we were there with a "family"!
Praying that the school makes the right decision and brings back this amazing coach!

She is not just a coach, but a mentor. Coach Janet did nothing wrong and if she were a football coach this WOULD NOT BE HAPPENING! Think about it...
