My son and I are now generational classic Thomas and shining time station fans! I used to watch it on PBS as a small child in the early 90s, and now classic Thomas is my son's passion. He's getting the magic railway DVD for christmas. We need a way to view the classics!
My older brother and I grew up with both Thomas the Tank Engine and Shining Time Station, and look back on it with nostalgia. As a kid, I owned several Thomas and Friends tapes AND Shining Time Station tapes, most of which I gave away and rebought, and I do miss my train table full of classic Thomas merchandise.
Shining Time Station played a huge role in bringing Thomas to the US from the UK. It needs to be preserved as it was originally intended for future generations to enjoy.
I watched Eah when I was a child and, even after so many years, I still love it. The fans keeping hope for so many years, just show how this story changed us and have a lot potential. We miss Eah, and we know that will come back ! We'll not give up.
This show is so important for kids. The whole message about future and choosing your own destiny is now hitting me in the face while I prepare for highschool. I've had times where I thought I have no choice or control of what I'll be when I'm older, but going back to this show always shows me another way. It gives me hope that I can do something I will actually enjoy and I feel like more people need that. It is apparent to me that this kids show give children a real thing to think about with characters that have lovely designs. So let this wonderful message live on for the next generation.
This show has been a beacon of light for many people, more than one would realise. The story and art direction is not just absolutely beautiful, but the message and themes behind this show is more accurate to real life than ever. It was so complex for a childrens cartoon based on a doll line, and it makes it unfair for how the show got thrown away so easily. If Monster High can get a reboot and still have content from G1, then Ever After High should get the same if not more attention.
Ever After High was my first show that kept me interested as a little kid, I am 19 now and I still watch it! The storyline is something else and the way it pulls me in and keeps me entertained is amazing! I liked descendants but it doesn't have the same appeal and love as EAH does in my heart. It was my first book series that I read that go me into reading, please bring it back!
