Thomas and friends was my entire childhood. Even now, I still stick to it always. TWR was the thing that I collected, made customs of, and loved the most. It’s a shame to see it in this state, cancelled and uncancelled and cancelled again. Please save our Wooden Railway!
My son and I are now generational classic Thomas and shining time station fans! I used to watch it on PBS as a small child in the early 90s, and now classic Thomas is my son's passion. He's getting the magic railway DVD for christmas. We need a way to view the classics!
My older brother and I grew up with both Thomas the Tank Engine and Shining Time Station, and look back on it with nostalgia. As a kid, I owned several Thomas and Friends tapes AND Shining Time Station tapes, most of which I gave away and rebought, and I do miss my train table full of classic Thomas merchandise.
Shining Time Station played a huge role in bringing Thomas to the US from the UK. It needs to be preserved as it was originally intended for future generations to enjoy.
