We cannot afford another rate increase on our water bill. The quality of the water that we pay way too much for, is terrible! It's yellow and tastes horrible! It's not our fault that the city hasn't kept up with necessary infrastructure of the water plant and I understand that it must be updated but why then are you allowing so much building and growth to take place when our current system can't support it? It makes no sense! It's just greed at the expense of the Palm Coast residents and so many residents have moved out because they can't afford to live here anymore with these constant utility hikes!!

We do NOT have a pool and we never use our sprinkler system. At the age of 57, this is already more than I have ever paid for water. How are larger families going to afford the increases? It’s clear that previous city councils have made really bad decisions, and we are paying the price. If the infrastructure can’t support the expansion, the answer to the problem is to STOP the excessive building. Charge these large national companies who are putting up thousands of homes in these enormous communities instead of current Palm Coast residents.

Last night I woke up at 2 am, 3 am and 4 am because of the disruptively loud and long horn sound. The train probably goes off twice or more every hour of the night- it is non stop. It’s taking a toll on my life and my sleep. It is critical for a quiet zone to be implemented for the sake of the community members that live in the area. This affects working adults, children who have to wake up to school in the morning and the elderly. We need change asap!!!

It adds to an already tough and sleepless nights. We would love some restful sleep without conductors laying on the train horn multiple times at night.

I wake up multiple times a night due to the relentless train horns blaring that can last up to 15 seconds, and I am being generous. It affects my ability to successfully sleep or have meetings when I am working from home.

The destruction of our wildlife and then beautiful creation and nature that God gave us it's nothing for somebody just to wipe out a whole field of trees when there's nothing wrong with them. Simply because they want the land and they have the money to buy it it's absolutely sickening we are a small town not a Concrete Jungle or a tourist attraction you're welcome to come and stay and enjoy what we have just keep it that way leave it better than how you found it!

You’ve destroyed our beautiful little town and are pushing out natures animals to getting hit by cars in the streets. Where are people going to work here? There is no industry here and there definitely aren’t enough schools. The traffic is horrendous 😡, all because of greed to make a buck! We the residents of these towns have had enough, this over building needs to stop!
