My name is Valerie Elder. I have a home day care. For over 20yrs. I now have to work another job too. I am 65 yrs. old. I love my child care job. I am so tired sometimes. The children need me. Because the parents will not do their job. We cannot make them. The Lord is right. It takes a Village .I have to pray all the time. The pay stinks. But, I love my job . We all have to do better in this world. Parents teach your children. Teachers do the best you can. Because he is watching all of us.
