Ryann O'Donnell and Caleb Maddix also run/ran a sister company called Scale13 which would then upsell their Air.ai robo-caller services. Scale 13 helped digital marketers set up funnels to sell high-ticket products and services.
Well, I was told by the sales rep that they would help set up my sales funnels. They had good training calls multiple times a week for setting up your funnel in GHL.
However, once I was in they said "OH NO we do not set up or help set up your funnel you have to do that and we will give you technical advice on the calls." The ONLY REASON I signed up with them was because I was told they would set up the technical side of the funnel for me which was where I was having problems. Once I was told that after I got in I began asking for a refund. Then there policy of you have to wait 6 months before you can process a refund started. That was a major RED FLAG and knew I was at the beginning of a long road. So I waited 6 months and I have had every song and dance story told to me about why they cannot give me a refund.
Now I am burdened with a $596 a month note that is crushing me and that is all the money I have to try to get my own business off the ground. Now they have 1. They robbed me of $596 a month to pay off my $15k program with interest is over $21k and 36 months. 2. All of the opportunity losses for not being able to get a digital business off the ground and grow my way out of the loan. 3. All of the anguish for not being in a financial position to hire an attorney to sue them. 4. I am stuck in a financial purgatory because of the $596 monthly note. 5. To add insult to injury they had the people and the technical ability to build out my funnel for me because I spoke with the tech support people and they knew how to build out a funnel for me. That made the whole situation worse as they went on and on about how great air.ai was going to be.
I HATE them... Ryan O'Donnell even wrote me a few emails saying he would pay me back plus 30% for a total of $19,500 when I asked if he would cover the additional difference of about $1,900 there has been only silence...
I sent certified letters to not only Air.ai, but to Apex 4 Kids a charity of some sort, and Apex Holding Group I believe was a real estate company Ryan O'Donnell was a part of and Caleb was only a part of one if I remember off the top of my head. I found the businesses listed on the AZ corporation website. At the time in 2023 it appeared that Ryan lived in Phoenix and Caleb lived somewhere in FL. Anyway, all three certified letters were returned to me undelivered to the addresses listed on the AZ State Corporation page. If anyone brings a lawsuit against them I am happy to testify against the Scale13 and Air.ai businesses. I did speak and have emails with Ryan O'Donnel, but I do not have any correspondents with Caleb Maddix. Also if a group of us can go after both of them I am happy to join however, the tough thing will be suing them directly because they probably have everything structured so we cannot sue them but the company.

I’m deformed in areas and have to seek very expensive surgery to even get a possible “70%” improvement. The provider has ghosted me. Won’t even share my “medical chart”, before and after pictures, and at the very least refund my money. What’s worse is when I reached out to Allergan, upon their investigation, the machine used at the med spa was an off market device which isn’t even fda cleared. So I’m left with no assistance. This nor PAH was never discussed with me. I will continue to share this petition and will report the outcome of my legal attempt. Warnings regarding PAH in detail on the rise should be mandated by the boards. Use of non fda cleared machines should be prohibited. If this is happening with fda cleared machines, imagine what these cheap off market machines can do. Med Spa owners should also be required to report such cases to the manufacturer.
After first bringing this to my providers attention she proceeded with a solution to do more “grabs” in the areas that were dented and bulging claiming it was an easy fix. This made it all the more worse. It was then I started doing my own research. She literally changed her advertising from CS to “fat freezing” to avoid loss of business due to the large lawsuit regarding PAH with the model.

I am a college graduate but a year ago I was a young impressionable student that was a member of this church. Many prophetic performances, manipulation of scripture with heavy focus on obeying your “spiritual parents”. The false prophet of this cult uses scripture out of context. He takes part of the scripture to manipulate and control his followers without reading the rest of the passage to highlight apostle Paul’s intended message. The thing is he does preach about holiness and sin but the problem is that’s used as bait because then you will overlook the rest of what he says/ does. I remember my first encounter with the wife. She was very rude! My spirit felt off the first time meeting her, which is very telling because I’m normally someone who gives people the benefit of the doubt. Especially if I don’t know the person I never assume the worst. I’m naturally a very trusting and open minded person. Before I even had a conversation with her she was on the pulpit giving advice to another married woman in the congregation on marriage and raising children. I don’t remember specifically what she said but I remember a voice telling me ,”she’s lying.” After that I felt uneasy about her and didn’t buy what she was selling. This event was a women’s conference, so after it ended everyone had the opportunity to take a picture with her. I remember me and another young lady whom I was friends with at the time , we waited in line to take a photo with her and she was very rude to her staff. She rushed the process and seemed as if she had “more important things to do” rather than tending to God’s people. This amongst many other things that I will momentarily list later was a complete turn off. Before I write my list of red flags I noticed from this cult I wanted to make aware that the final straw for me , the decision that made me leave indefinitely was a prophecy that the leader gave to me that was not only humiliating but misguided and I’m sure it was a demonic spell that could have been casted. He did an altar call and I happened to be one of the ones in the front row. He looked at me and said ,” if I didn’t start coming to church more than I would be a single mother with twins out of wedlock in the next 5 years.” This broke my heart because I was genuinely seeking God. I went against my family and God telling me that something was off about the church. A college student juggling school, work ; family and going to church 3-4 days a week from 7pm to sometimes 3 or 4 in the morning. I was doing the best I could at the time to attend every church service while also genuinely striving to live holy. I wasn’t thinking about sex. I wasn’t even dating anyone. I had been abstinent for the past 2 years! I had recently gotten out of a demonic relationship 2 years prior to even joining this cult so I devoted my time to developing my relationship with the Lord. It was humiliating because this was not something I was in danger in if I wasn’t actively participating or thinking about it at this time. He gave this prophecy in front of everyone and I remember leaving and going to my car to burst in tears. I never set foot in GRA again.

My sister had been part of this CULT for 4 years & counting. I visited this church a handful of times, all this pastor talks about is sex and money. I remember the day he explicitly talked about ripping a woman’s breast out of her shirt. Mind you this man is a pastor. Talking to the public, a church, full of youth & naïve children.
I have personally requested to meet
this man twice & both request were declined. I know of one other parent who has done the same on multiple occasions, and she was also declined. This man was ran out of Texas, correct me if I’m wrong. And now he’s in my state, Baltimore, Maryland located in Howard County, Columbia.

Like I mentioned before, I’ve been to this church on multiple occasions. I study con artist, psychopaths, manipulation tacits ETC. I can tell you now, these kids are brainwashed. I live with one of these cult members. This woman is my blood sister.
The deeper she has gotten into church, the further she’s has gotten from her family. She lies, steals, and sells us out for her pastor. In her own words, her “spiritual Daddy and Mommy”. She has taken thousands of dollars from her family and given it to the church. She has disobeyed her parents on multiple occasions, and left the country. She comes to no family events. She doesn’t answer her phone, she is completely useless.
The men and women of this church are willing to do whatever this man says. I have spoken out against them, I can see it in their eyes. They are ready to go to war…
I am not religious, but God says, call no man on this earth your father. Why does this man of God have a bunch of young women and young men calling him daddy? My sister has came to her parents home homec and told us she has another family and a spiritual mommy and daddy. To her own parents faces, on multiple occasions.

I haven’t been to this church for a few years but as a prophet, during my time there, I will tell you it’s cultish. Spiritual parents nonsense. The pastor makes members put him over their blood parents. A lot of the prayers and rituals/bring something for him to bless or pray over seem demonic and unbiblical. He is an expert at cherry picking scripture and twisting it to fit his agenda. We are saved by faith and the grace of the lord, says that in scriptures. Yet memebers want to be there everyday and not think of other areas in their life. Arranged marriages and after baptism he gives you a new name which is nonsense. Pool baptisms are unbiblical, it’s by natural flowing water. I know an ordained Apostle who told me that he used to pray and destroy demonic items that they had at the altars. They will then relocate the items. He left that church like 5 years ago before he was ordained. Leave this church immediately. You have a duty to not suooort false prophets and demonic churches. He’s leading so many souls to hell. He has church police, they will chase you down to attend service and to also pay tithes.

After my first visit, I was bombarded with calls and messages pressuring me to return—even during work, class, and late at night. It felt like harassment.
I already have a home church, so the persistence was unsettling. Multiple people kept reaching out, not just one. When I finally attended again, the pastor claimed God told him his son should marry a woman in the church. That was bizarre enough, but then I noticed college students calling him “Daddy Tayo”—something they were actively encouraged to do.
The church gave off serious cult vibes. Members were taught to prioritize church relationships over their own families. Even more alarming, they had 18- to 22-year-old students acting as security guards for the pastor instead of trained adults. Imagine parents finding out their child was injured protecting a grown man when they were only sent to school to get a degree.
Something is definitely off here. Someone needs to look into this.
