Food truck regulations are a pressing issue impacting mobile food vendors worldwide. These regulations dictate where and when food trucks can operate, often limiting their business opportunities. Petitions on this topic seek to advocate for fair and inclusive regulations that allow food truck owners to thrive and provide diverse culinary options to communities.
One notable petition calls for the removal of outdated restrictions on food trucks, emphasizing the economic benefits they bring to local economies. Another petition highlights the need for more designated food truck zones in cities to create a level playing field for mobile vendors.
By engaging with petitions on food truck regulations, you can support small businesses, promote culinary diversity, and advocate for a more inclusive and vibrant food scene in your community. Join the movement and make your voice heard to shape the future of food truck regulations.

As someone who has lived in this area for over 20 years, I whole heartedly agree there need to be changes. We drive thru Lillington frequently and rarely ever stop because of the lack of options. Over the years, I have poured far more money into Sanfords economy despite being a Harnett county resident. For Lillington to be the county seat there are so many limited options for dining, entertainment or basic needs and repairs.
This change would be great, most health departments recognized that most food trucks are following all the rules , the nature of our business means we get called to operate many time outside of our coverage area , often we get these calles late in the week to operate on Saturday's in a location we are not permitted the last minute calles are often due to other food vendors canceling on a event they agreed to set up at. I have had to decline many invites simply because i cannot get to that county and get a inspection before the event. I am currently permitted in 3 countys marshall, jackson , and baldwin county. I have had permtts in madison and cullman as well but to hold all these permits is very costly and extremly time consuming, I would love to see this pass and would be available to talk to any local, state , or federal agency about this matter.
My uncle gave $30,000 in cash his life savings and they gave him the run around for over a year. Even went down to Florida and saw Connie and she lied straight to his face. They wouldn't let him see the facility, had him waiting for hours to see someone. Then still said his trailer was built and just waiting on windows. Meanwhile it was never even started. They robbed him of everything! Connie, her now ex-husband, her daughter and most of those workers knew what they were doing, they built a Ponzi scheme. They live comfortable in there homes with no struggles how is that fair??? They must pay . Please help!
