Our buffalo were nearly made extinct by man but for the valiant efforts of many Americans to protect and preserve them. Wildlife Crossings have been proven to be an excellent solution in providing wildlife safe passage across dangerous highways, highways built across their natural travel routes. Animals have adapted to their use and the more Wildlife Crossings we have the better. While there can be no monetary value placed on our Wildlife, there is that consideration when making budget decisions that the money saved in costs to vehicles, insurance, need of emergency and law enforcement and lives easily offset construction costs. Wildlife Crossings are a win-win solution. As a taxpayer I would be thrilled to have my tax dollars pay for more Wildlife Crossings.

Keep buffalo safe! Before humans, they used to roam in millions, and recently became nearly extinct. They’re important to many cultures, and essential to the ecosystem. Humans thrive most when we respect all living beings and understand the delicate balance of life on this planet. We are all one. <3

I care about highly endangered Hawaiian Monk Seals and know that any development in their birthing areas could impact their well being and ability to nurse pups properly and protect their pups.
Constance supported: Save the monk seals at turtle bay!
Turtle Bay is a critical habitat for the Hawaiian monk seals, one of the most endangered species in the world. These seals rely on the North Shore’s pristine beaches for resting and pupping, and the proposed development of luxury condominiums in this area threatens their survival. The increased human activity and construction will disturb the seals, reducing their chances to reproduce and thrive. This isn’t just about monk seals—it’s about protecting the unique and fragile ecosystems of the North Shore that so many species, including sea turtles and albatrosses, call home. The North Shore community has a history of fighting large-scale developments like this one, and we need to keep standing up for what’s right. Turtle Bay represents more than just land—it’s a symbol of Hawaiʻi’s natural beauty and cultural heritage. Allowing this development to go forward prioritizes profit over preservation and risks destroying an irreplaceable part of our environment. I strongly urge decision-makers to listen to the voices of the community and stop this development to ensure a future where both the monk seals and our natural coastline are protected.

Very limited coastal strand habitat remains on O`ahu. This area is known to have not only endangered monk seals that raise their pups here but threatened Hawaiian green turtles nest here as well and two species of endangered yellow faced bees can be found in this area.

We are docents for the seals at Poipu beach on Kauai. They are such amazing animals and I pray we protect these creatures!

Absolutely — here’s a heartfelt and powerful statement you can use to explain why you're signing the petition for justice for Asiza, the pregnant wolf: --- I am signing this petition because the killing of Asiza, a pregnant wolf, is not just a tragedy — it's a devastating reflection of how far we’ve strayed from compassion and respect for the natural world. Wolves are intelligent, social creatures who play a vital role in maintaining ecological balance. Asiza was not only a living being but a mother carrying life within her — and her unjust death is a direct attack on both wildlife and the sanctity of life itself. To take the life of a pregnant animal is cruel beyond measure. It shows a total disregard for ethical wildlife management, compassion, and basic decency. The fact that this act was carried out under government authority makes it even more disturbing — we must hold those responsible accountable and demand humane, science-based policies that protect, not persecute, our wildlife. I stand for justice, not just for Asiza, but for all animals who are victims of cruelty and thoughtless violence. This is not the kind of world I want for future generations — and I will continue to raise my voice until it changes.

What are they using taxpayer dollars to do exactly? I don't want to pay as a citizen for the illegal killing of endangered animals. We need to do better for the world.
