The suffering endured by the tethered dogs in South Korea is tragic and sickening. These dogs deserve better instead of being neglected, tightly tethered and not given nutritious food. They are never brought inside a shelter in inclement weather when they suffer enormously. SK is urged to enforce humane animal actions and not leave dogs to die outside with no regard. It is time to do something about the suffering!

Unlike us humans, they’re providing us unconditional love all the time and we are responsible for their welfare.
