You Stood Up for Dogs and Cats in China—Please Help 850+ Rescued Animals in Korea

Dear Friends,

You signed this petition because you cared about the suffering of dogs and cats in China and wanted to see an end to the dog and cat meat trade and stronger protections for animals.

Today, I’m reaching out with a different but closely related appeal for animals in need.

CARE Korea is currently caring for more than 850 rescued animals who depend on the organization every day for food, shelter, medical care, warmth, and safety.

For decades, CARE has been rescuing animals from cruelty, neglect, abandonment, and other desperate situations. Even when resources are stretched thin, they continue taking in animals who have nowhere else to go.

Now, with winter approaching and funds running low, the situation has become especially urgent.

These animals do not know whether donations are coming in or whether there is enough money for their next meal or veterinary care. They simply depend on someone continuing to show up for them every day.

I know many people are facing financial pressures of their own. But if you are able to make even a small contribution, it can help. And if donating is not possible, simply sharing the fundraiser can help it reach someone who may be able to support them.

Whether the suffering happens in China, Korea, or anywhere else, animals deserve compassion and protection. You stood up for dogs and cats when you signed this petition, and I hope you will consider standing with these rescued animals as well. ❤️🐾
