If you have given part or all of your life to any kind of Government service including any branch of the services. I do believe that Government whom you served should stop at nothing to recover that person No Holds Bard! Also I’ve known a few people and families that left Armenia to seek better work or life. Notwithstanding they do Love their Armenia! But they also have come to love America as well. To y’all that may question his patriotism being an Immigrant. I can assure you that the Armenian Americans I know came here for a reason. I hope the United States Government will be as loyal as he Is!!!!

Having to petition for something so fundamental to the protection of women (although I think this abuse is also carried out by women towards their men) is a testament of how far removed we are to the awareness of creeping misuse of technology. This is not a subject that can be camouflaged as freedom of speech. It's evil and insidious and has a far-reaching psychological impact on the victims of this behaviour.

I have had an account with them for over 18 months now with the same phone number. I have always used it for the same things - following tech related groups and channels and participating in related discussions with software developers and Android enthusiasts. I have never broken the rules or violated the Terms of Service in any way. On October 24, 2024, in the middle of a conversation with my girlfriend (yes, my real-life in person girlfriend), I was automatically logged out of my account and informed that my number had been banned. I used the Help button in the app, I filled out the official support form, I email recover@telegram.org. I waited. I researched. I tried again. I messaged them on X. I talked with Claude.AI who helped me try things like contacting Telegram employees on LinkedIn, contacting my cell provider, checking to see if I had been placed on a spam list, filing a complaint with the FCC, etc. I waited, and tried again. Despite everything I've done, not only has my account remained banned with no explanation of why, Telegram has completely ignored me. Because I post to them on Twitter, I have been the victim of fake tech support scammers trying to get me to pay for a Telegram unban. By behaving in this way, Telegram is not only violating their own policies, but squashing free speech and the right to gather peacefully. They are creating a space for innocent people to BE scammed by hackers claiming to be able to reverse bans. This is unacceptable and must stop.

Deepfake porn is an unconscionable violation of the privacy and dignity of female people. It seeks to bypass consent and its creation is truly sexual abuse alongside acts such as rape. The important issue now is to ensure that any legislation on this matter does not bypass this issue. There should be no equivocation on the matter of the 'intention' of the perpetrator. I cannot think of any circumstances in which this the production of this disgusting material could reasonably be viewed as some kind of 'joke' or 'prank'. It is truly outrageous that this can even be contemplated as a 'get out of jail' clause. There is nothing lighthearted about deepfake porn. It is a serious violation of the rights of women, and the issue of consent should form the only criterion on which any alleged perpetrator should be judged. Campaigners also need to ensure that the government does not kick the issue 'into the long grass'. It is a matter than needs strong legislation as a preventative measure as soon as possible. Technology serves as a medium for any and every woman to be abused in this way. We need action, and we need to be assured that the government is working on cutting the ground from under the production of deepfake porn NOW!!
