It makes me sick, no one deserved to go through that and the fact it could have easily been prevented is what will bother me for the rest of my life.

As someone who graduated from here, there were gun threats every year and they never took it seriously. All of us were CONSTANTLY scared and literally avoided going to school as much as we could the last few months of my senior year. We all asked for things to be done or metal detectors to be put in. And then as soon as the incident happened they suddenly have no idea there were issues???? When we were BEGGING for things to be done??? They need to be held properly accountable. I saw another comment about being searched for vapes. This is accurate and I cannot believe with all of the evidence they didn't search the backpack that day. It could have been prevented.
