Getting in trouble together because we laughed to much.We would tell jokes until we cried with laughter. I’ll never forget our late night calls. This law being made reality would make a difference in the community! No one should have to face the pain, Grief, And suffering this family is passing through! Devon was a true friend to not only everyone but me, Devon was a special person that had so much potential and life ahead of him. A lot of people that might’ve not known Devon but he made a difference in a lot of life with so much joy and happiness. He will be truly missed but never FORGOTTEN!💕

In August of 2023 my sister was also with in inches of losing her life to this unacceptable ignorance of safety due to disregarded thought of a guard rail for the DOT to save a buck! The ignorance of the Illinois department of transportation should be throughly investigated! This tragedy and other incidents could have been prevented or less extreme! I am 100% sure the accidents mentioned in the article are far higher but hidden and kept secret to avoid suspension!
