This law would make a huge difference for the lives of others! Devon was one of my best friends since day one. We went through the good, bad, and the ugly. Getting in trouble together because we laughed to much.We would tell jokes until we cried with laughter. I’ll never forget our late night calls. The ignorance of the Illinois department of transportation should be throughly investigated! This tragedy and other incidents could have been prevented or less extreme! I am 100% sure the accidents mentioned in the article are far higher but hidden and kept secret to avoid suspension!
