I was a victim of said corruption. No record, no proof, held for almost a year at a location that did not allow bail bondsman only cash bonds. I use to believe in justice; never again. I use to think this state stood for truth and honor...It's government, NO! I hope it's citizens do.
One of the downsides of Wyoming is the corruption from our town halls to our hospitals to judges and police stations. Many all banned together covering for each other in a state where it’s all about who you know. Find yourself on the other side of that and you stand little chance at fair. This is a perfect example. How can a judge possibly allow this officer a verdict like this? Here’s the thing… it isn’t the first situation like this, for this officer. He has abused his power of authority on numerous occasions. What else but “connections” and corruption could explain this? Nobody is above the law, including those ESPECIALLY those who took an oath to uphold the law.
I came from california for a better life and instead I get shocked at how corrupt this state is. Police, lawyers, courts and so on and so fourth . I'm appalled at a state i thought I had more rights in I have less because of the corruption here and yes I myself have been in the middle of it and fighting back with proof got me nowhere I was censored by the state bar instead. This corruption needs to end across the board. I never thought this state would be this Terrible.
