Censorship of YouTube is absolutely out of control! It has gotten to the point where my comments I make on any YouTube video are being shadowbanned, and are hidden from public view. It doesn't even make sense why they are doing this to my comments as I never use offensive language, or make comments that would be even remotely considered "hate speech." YouTube is violating peoples first amendment rights with their extreme censorship campaign. Regardless of whether they are a private company or not. Times have changed, and social media platforms have become the modern day public square where the free flow of ideas, and information takes place. There needs to be some kind of protections in place to protect the people's free speech on YouTube, and other social media platforms.
I lost two youtube channels just for commenting on someone’s post. Nothing bad or untrue and did not use profanity. And I lost my account again. When will this stop ? And who ever is censoring people needs to have their day in court.
