The heartbreaking account of an innocent whistleblower is a stark reminder of why we need to address a growing concern in our society. The petitioner has been subjected to disturbing experiences, stemming from what they allege to be the misuse of Neuralink and other Voice to Skull (V2K) devices. Their personal journey, published in a blog article, deep-dives into the unnerving everyday reality they go through.

Neuralink and similar technologies are devices that can enable direct communication between technology and the human brain. Their potential applications range from helping the disabled to offering humanity a way to compete with AI. But like every potent technology, they can be misused, leading to torturous conditions akin to what our petitioner has experienced.

Though the implications of such abuse are colossal, laws governing the misuse of these technologies are not comprehensive. Looking at the current trajectory of neural technology advancements, it's essential to put a regulatory framework in place. We are calling on legislators to urgently enact laws banning the misuse of Neuralink and other V2K devices across the United States.

We must remember that as we march towards a technologically advanced future, it should not come at the cost of basic human rights, privacy, or mental health. We, therefore, urge the responsible authorities to examine this situation with the seriousness it demands.
