Closing servers or stopping updates for this console would not only be a disappointment, but an unfair exclusion for a large proportion of loyal gamer

We ask HoYoverse to keep the servers active on PS4 for the following reason

1. Economic accessibility: Not all gamers have the economic option to immediately upgrade to a high-end PS5 or PC. The PS4 remains the leading gaming platform for millions of users worldwid

2. Community Loyalty: Many of us have been supporting the game since Day 1. Forcing a hardware update to continue playing risks driving away passionate veterans foreve

3. Alternative Solutions: If the PS4 hardware struggles to handle new updates, we ask that we consider implementing cloud-based versions (as we did on Switch or other mobile platforms in some countries), rather than a complete shutdow
