Many people no longer want Robert E. Lee to be glorified with this monument. The people he fought for were racist traitors of the good country that is the United States of America. I propose that we replace Lee with Sans from the popular indie game Undertale, as it will not only create millions in gamer tourist revenue but it will be a beacon of hope for peace, as the threat of death by Sans looms over your head if you go the genocide route.

If this is implemented then I also propose that, every new year, speakers shall be set up around it to play Megalovania. I believe that this would embody the spirit of America and will cleanse us of our sins from the past year.

I also would like a restaurant named Grillby’s opened next to it with Undertale character cosplayers. This way our tourists can have an authentic Undertale experience while admiring the Sans monument! This will bring a lot of money and put the whole world in awe.

In short, I believe Sans is an all-American symbol of liberty and justice for all and replacing that traitorous confederate with our good white, pink, and blue skeleton shall bring us all peace, hope, and love and bring us all together in these uncertain times. Sans shall be our guiding light of determination!
