We at White Ribbon USA nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles, California and White Ribbon Ukraine based in Kyiv, Ukraine partnered up with an international voluntary freedom force, the Georgian National Legion that has been fighting for Ukrainian sovereignty since 2014 and a medical rehabilitation organization Revived Soldiers Ukraine based in the US and Ukraine.

In this critical time we are making a joint emergency humanitarian plea with an immediate call to action based on the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances 12/05/1994 signed between U.S., U.K., Russia and Ukraine against threats or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine upon its nuclear weapons withdraw.

1. Supporting Ukraine with AIR DEFENCE TECHNOLOGIES that will save lives of civilians and will shelter such strategic objects of international security as nuclear power plants based in Ukraine;

2. Assisting Ukraine with green corridors upon guaranteed safer airspace that will help to immediately evacuate refugees from major regions that experience heavy shelling;

3. Preventing potential human trafficking and child trafficking humanitarian crisis in Ukraine;

4. Assisting Ukraine in mediating of peaceful negotiations with Russia to end the war crisis;

5. Supporting the ICC investigation of alleged war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of genocide after Russian President Vladimir Putin approved "a special military operation" in Ukraine on 02/24/22.

White Ribbon USA and Revived Soldiers Ukraine are ready to provide transitional housing for refugees from Ukraine as well as assistance with document support. We are ready to collaborate with governance of California, New York and Florida as well as other states for temporary housing solutions for the refugees from Ukraine.
