Most of these companies have mislead subscribers with false advertisements of "unlimited" service and high speed access to the internet. But when too much people use their service instead of adding more bandwidth and facilities they would hide behind their adopted "Fair Usage Policy" as a reason for not supplying the real service they advertise. A lot of consumers have been mislead, short changed and most government agencies tasked to supposedly protect the rights of consumers have been siding with these big 3 companies.
