THE PETITION REOPENED AFTER AN IMAGE BEING CIRCULATING IN SOCIAL NETWORKS SHOWING DEAD DONKEYS IN A ROOM BEING INJECTED BY SOMTHING UNKNOWN.

This Petition was created after the release of a very cruel video posted on youtube  http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10150904841811414&set=o.441293039218052&type=3&theater 

The video exposes brutal treatment of dogs. The dogs are being tied, beaten with sticks, and carried and stomped upon in preparation for experimentation . This is happening in the VETERINARY COLLEGE of Cairo.
