The United States Government gives over 400 million dollars a year to the Ugandan government. I beleive this money should be witheld and even eliminated for good because of the radical antigay laws just put into effect by the Ugandan goverment. This law sentences any Ugandan homosexual, or Ugandan thought to be a homosexual to 14 years in prison for a first offense. A second offense mean LIFE imprisonment. If a family or friends know someone is gay and doesn't report them to the government, than they too can get put in jail.
