Orchard Supply Hardware has signed a preliminary agreement with the owners of the former Delano's site. The site owners have been aggressively pursuing grocers as this use didn't require a use permit, and was what the community most wanted. But unfortunately, none have been interested…yet.

Tam Junction needs a great grocery store like Fresh & Easy to move in, not some retail home improvement and garden big box chain that would hurt nurseries and other small businesses in and around Mill Valley.
