Where do the entitlements stop? A man in prison for murder is using tax payers money for lawsuits against the prisons because he wants a tax payed funded sex change. He is in prison for MURDER! For the past 20 years he has claimed to be suicidal because he wants to be a woman called Michelle. Well if you ask me, he isn't suicidal enough!
