Human beings get away with harming, killing, and abusing animals everyday. When someone finally gets caught, they should be tried to serve the highest amount of time, for their offense. Sean tortured and eventually killed a domesticated German Shepherd, Mary.

After reading that story, how angry are you? Exactly.

Sean should NOT get off lightly. She should pay the full amount of fines and serve the maximum sentence for her crime. There is NO excuse for torturing and murdering a helpless animal. Let's set an example for the people of Wisconsin... animal cruelty will NOT be taken lightly in this state.
