This issue has already been raised in the UK govt we hope the USA will finally follow suit and action can be taken to create and enforce legislation that every sentient animal has the right to. Signing this peition would enforce or enact a law to ban the dog and cat meat trade. Many states in the USA have no issue with this cruel trade. We must ban together as a United Nation to tell the President we want this cruel trade out of commission.

Despite legislation in place banning this cruel trade the practice continues! Last week in China, there was a brutal festival to slaughter dogs and cats. In July and August, the hottest days of the year South Korea (who demand torture before slaughter) will watch live killings with a smile.

This cannot continue! The NoToDogMeat campaign has been working to push for the issue to be heard in governments. We now have a chance in the UK. Let's get the US government to follow suit.
