Aspropyrgos is an industrial area of Athens where hundreds of stray dogs struggle to survive under dreadful conditions. Most of them suffer from hunger, thirst, diseases and accidents and are left to die without care. The Municipality Authorities of Aspropyrgos have done NOTHING for this situation despite their promises to citizens and obligations derived from law.
