My son was railroaded.  Instead of the Commonwealth prosecuting the predator, they flipped and placed my son on trial and he was the victim.  The prosecutor, the judge and the defense attorney crucified my son on the stand and turned the predator into the victim!  This must stop!  Not only for my son, but for all young boys that have been manipulated and damaged.  The Commonwealth needs to change their way of thinking or this will continue to happen.  The judge stated that it would have been different if she took away his virginity.  It was disgusting!
