Hindu Dharma (a.k.a. Hinduism; Sanatan Dharma; Vedic Dharma; Yoga Dharma; Brahmanism) has suffered much distortion, to say the least. These distortions come not only from those outside Hinduism but also are often the result of a complacent attitude on the part of many Hindus. From the numerals (especially "0"), to terms like: "Swastika," "Mantra," "Guru," "Kundalini," "Chakras" and "Yoga," there has been a concerted effort to divorce these Sanskrit/Hindu concepts from Hindu Dharma. It is way past time for concerned individuals and groups to peacefully stand-up and re-educate one's self and others about the Hindu/Yogic Dharma.
