If passed, this Ordinance would only allow noise equivalent to the sound of rain drops falling to be heard from a 5 foot distance from any venue after 11:00pm.This Noise Ordinance would apply to all bars, clubs, restaurants, and any other venue that holds outdoor events, including the Grasshopper's Stadium. The revitalization of the City of Greensboro, especially in the Downtown Area, is something the entire city should look at with pride. However, this Ordinance will bring an end to all the hard work that thousands of people city wide have put into the project(s) that have brought change to our city for the better. Our City is alive once again and we all deserve for it to remain that way.
