Fukushima situation and real alien helps

His Excellency Mr Wu Hongbo , Under-Secretary - General

We , the people of Earth , we are deeply concerned about our future with regard to a possible nuclear catastrophe at Fukushima Plant .

We are here to claim our rights as citizens and we would like to receive information that TEPCO has conditions removing the canes with radioactive material from the reactor in question .

We want 100 % certainty that there are technical conditions .

We do not want to take any risk , and we believe that no nation of this planet can be condemned in advance for arrogance or petulance of humans who are in power and can make further decisions .

Otherwise, if the United Nations report show that there is a risk and it is real and true, we want to accept the intervention of a more advanced technology that will solve the issue .

Or UN start stating right now there is no risk.

We accept the presence of intelligent life forms, we welcome your presence, understand its principles, and we do not believe in cover-up , because we know that there is no technology that permits cover up the extraterrestrial presence on Earth , so we do not have an mankind impact if we are open right now and them can help engineers technically responsible to solve this great planetary problem.

Nós, o povo do Planeta Terra, estamos profundamente preocupados com nosso futuro no que diz respeito a uma possível catástrofe nuclear na Usina em Fukushima.

Nós estamos aqui para reivindicar nossos direitos como cidadãos e gostaríamos de receber a informação que a TEPCO possui condições de retirar os bastões com o material radioativo do reator em questão.

Nós queremos 100% de certeza que existem condições técnicas.

Nós não queremos correr risco algum, e acreditamos que nenhuma Nação deste Planeta pode ser condenada antecipadamente por arrogância ou petulância dos humanos que estão no poder e podem tomar decisões.

Caso contrário, se a Organização das Nações Unidas informar que existe risco e ele é real e verdadeiro, nós queremos aceitar a intervenção de uma tecnologia mais avançada que resolverá a questão.

Ou então que afirme não existir risco algum.

Nós aceitamos a presença de formas de vida inteligente, acolhemos sua presença, entendemos seus princípios, não acreditamos em acobertamento, pois sabemos que não há tecnologia que permita encobrir a presença extraterrestre no Planeta Terra, portanto não nos causará impacto se existir abertura para que eles possam ajudar tecnicamente os engenheiros responsáveis.
