Why this is important to the users/consumers is, it is unfair. Why this is unfair is because, the game is not allowing you to experience the full multiplayer experience which expected once Battlefield 3 is purchased!

EA/DICE "Rent A Server" service makes it hard or impossible for users to connect to a game or desired mode they wish to play on. The "Rent a Server" service is purchasable from $1.49 to $70, allowing users to only play by the administrators rules once purchased. Sometimes and most times the servers are often abused by disregarding the official EA/DICE rules and terms of service. With this noted, this leaves the official servers promised by EA/DICE with the full multiplayer experience unavailable or poorly serviced. We don't think its fair for us the consumer to purchase the actual disc or digital download title at retail value of: $30 - $50 then having to purchase a PREMIUM pass at $50 to play newer features excluding a standard feature of online play that is not present or inaccessible.

As a user we would enjoy the official servers by DICE that should be available to play on back up and running for all players/users to be able to connect and play as promised. Most of the serves have 0 - 5 users/players which doesn't promise the full experience of Battlefield 3 title. As a previous user from previous Battlefield titles, the simplicity of being able to connect has been removed due to the new servers and options in Battlefield 3.

I/we thank you all for reviewing this petition and action against the unfairness of EA/DICE's service. We hope to have a fair dispute among us and EA/DICE.
