Lucy lives without elephant companionship in a cold climate. Only one veternarian has said that Lucy would die if moved, and he was wrong about an elephant in Alaska so likely he is wrong again. Other veternarians have said she should move. Our mayor and city council have refused to consider a move, and for that, our elephant suffers.
