As I'm sure many of you have noticed, as of 1.2 today, social items Party Instigator and Galactic Party Bomb are no longer usable. I logged on today only to find the message, "This device no longer functions - you should sell it to a vendor to get a full credit refund." attached to them. WHAT?! While not everyone can relate to the wonders of these social items, I believe that they were a wildly exciting addition to such a serious MMORPG. I play SWTOR to have fun; why take away two of the most fun items in the entire game?! For what purpose, Bioware, have you done this without even a blip in the patch notes? We have spent great amounts of time progressing through our social levels for Party Instigator and Galactic Party Bomb only to have the Bioware parents come home to crash the party. Sign this petition and LET'S BRING BACK THE PARTY!
