There is NO EXCUSE for dragging a 10 week old puppy from the back of a pick up. Kyle Luckey claims it was an accident. The 10 week old puppy would not be able to attach its own leash to the hitch of the pickup.

Guys, it looks like this was just a terrible accident. He tied the dog to the bumper and forgot. Tragic and horrible, but much different than if he did it on purpose. Even the people who are caring for the dog think it was an accident. From the Express- "Despite the pending investigation into the incident, Linda Breitlauch of Creature Comforts is convinced the dragging was purely accidental.

"Under no circumstances do we think this was an abused dog," Breitlauch said."

Physical abuse on animals is a precursor to abuse on humans. People need to pay the consequences of such actions. This guy will get off with a $50 fine and that's it. That is totally wrong and must be changed.

this is unbelievable. If this cute puppy needs a home, I would love to take it. It needs a good home.

He should know better; he's not a child; I don't think we are that stupid to believe his excuses; If he did that to a puppy what would he do to a child!!

This just disgusts me! He needs to be held accountable for his actions!
