This is VERY important becuase too many incidents have occured with people who have concealed licenses who think they can present their weapon anytime they feel dignified. Especially when they themselves start altercations and end them with the defense that they themselves were "defending themselves". We shouldn't have to wait for someone to die to take action, the police should be forthright and do there job BEFORE someone loses their life .
