逮捕された辻博容疑者（49）への起訴と厳罰を求める

事件概要
多摩川の河川敷で捕獲したハトを自宅に連れ帰り虐待殺害する様子の動画をX（旧Twitter）に投稿していた。
自宅で飼育していた小鳥に対しても複数回にわたり虐待行為を行い殺害している。
（コザクラインコ、キンカチョウ、文鳥、十姉妹、銀鳩、土鳩）

私たちは、この卑劣な小鳥虐待事件に対し、強い憤りを感じています。
動物愛護法に違反する悪質な行為であり、二度とこのような事件が起こらないことを強く願います。

Petition calling for severe punishment for Hiroshi Tsuji's bird abuse case

We demand the prosecution and severe imprisonment of arrested suspect Hiroshi Tsuji (49)

Case summary
He posted a video on X (formerly Twitter) of pigeons he had captured on the banks of the Tama River, brought them home and abused and killed them.
He also abused and killed small birds he kept at home multiple times.
(lovebird, Zebra Finch, Java sparrows, Bengalese Finch, Domestic Pigeon, Feral Pigeon,)

Request for signatures
We feel strong indignation over this despicable case of small bird abuse.
This is a heinous act that violates the Animal Welfare Act, and we strongly hope that such an incident will never happen again.
We therefore request that the perpetrator be severely punished and that you sign the following petition.
