核兵器がもたらした被害は、しばしば数字や言葉として語られます。

しかし、その現実の重みは、実際の空間、展示、記録に触れることで初めて深く理解されるものと思います。

広島平和記念資料館

長崎原爆資料館

これらの資料館は、長年にわたり、被爆の実態と平和の尊さを静かに、誠実に伝え続けてきました。

一方で、地理的距離、経済的事情、身体的制約、国際情勢などにより、実際に訪問することが難しい人々が世界中に存在します。

本署名は、そのような人々にも正確で尊重ある学びの機会を届けるため、両原爆資料館の公式コンテンツとしてVR（バーチャルリアリティ）による館内ツアーを制作・公開することを提案するものです。

提案内容

私たちは、広島平和記念資料館および長崎原爆資料館の管理・監修のもとで、公式VRツアーを制作・公開することを求めます。

想定する内容

1. 実際の観覧コースに沿った 360度映像・写真による館内ツアー
2. 娯楽的演出を排し、展示空間をそのまま伝える構成
3. YouTube 等の一般的な動画・Webプラットフォームでの公開
4. 字幕・音声ガイドの多言語対応
5. 学校教育・高等教育・生涯学習での利用を想定した編集

本提案は、仮想体験を目的とするものではなく、教育・記録・学習のための公式アーカイブとしての活用を前提としています。

教育目的の明確化

この取り組みの中心にあるのは、平和教育です。

VRは、過剰な演出を行わなくても、

「その場に立って展示を見ている」という空間的理解を補助する力を持っています。

これにより、

• 教室での体系的な授業
• 海外の教育機関での日本史・平和学習
• 自主的な学習・研究活動

などにおいて、資料館の展示理念を損なうことなく活用することが可能になります。

なお、VRツアーは現地訪問の代替ではありません。

この取り組みは、誰でも・どこからでも利用できることを重視します。

These institutions have long served as essential centers for peace education and historical preservation. However, countless people around the world are unable to visit them due to geographic, financial, physical, or political barriers.

This petition proposes a respectful and educational solution: the creation of official Virtual Reality (VR) tours of both museums, made available worldwide.

Proposal

We respectfully request the development and public release of official, museum-supervised VR tours of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museums.
