本日2026年1月26日は
桜丘損害賠償請求事件の
第三回期日が行われました。

非正規教員の待遇改善に一石を投じた本事案は、日本の教員全体の待遇改善へとつながる権利獲得の第一歩です‼️

 「教員の教育の自由」と「教育活動の民主化」を達成するためには、教育専門職者としての教員が職務上の自律性を発揮できる労働環境を整備することが必要です。また、専門職者としての教員の労働条件の改善及び経済的・社会的地位の向上を図ることは教育の質の向上に不可欠です。雇用形態を理由にした格差は重要な人権問題であり、教育の質を守り向上させていくためにも重要な課題です。このような現状を変えていくことは、公教育の場としての子どもたちの学び舎を守ることにも繋がります。 幅広い拡散にご協力をお願いします‼️

Today, the third court hearing was held in the Sakuragaoka Damages Claim Case.

This case, which has challenged the unequal treatment of non-regular teachers, represents a crucial first step toward the acquisition of rights that can lead to improved working conditions for teachers across Japan as a whole‼️

In order to realize teachers’ freedom in education and the democratization of educational practice, it is essential to establish working environments that enable teachers, as education professionals, to exercise autonomy in the performance of their duties. Furthermore, improving teachers’ working conditions and enhancing their economic and social status as professionals are indispensable to improving the quality of education.

Disparities based on employment status constitute a serious human rights issue. Addressing such inequalities is a critical task for protecting and advancing the quality of education. Transforming these conditions is also directly connected to safeguarding children’s learning environments as spaces of public education.
