SSSniperWolf, also known as Lia, has been consistently stealing content from other creators for her reaction videos without adding any value or giving due credit. Her reactions are very lazy, and often stolen. This blatant disregard for original content creators is not only unethical but also against the principles of fair use that govern the platform.

Lia's actions have allowed her to amass an estimated annual salary of $11 million while those whose work she uses struggle to get their rightful share. Recently, fellow YouTuber jacksfilms took a stand against this by creating a parody channel called JJJacksFilms in order to highlight Lia's unscrupulous practices, by making non-transformative reactions to Lia's videos.

However, instead of acknowledging her wrongdoings and making amends, Lia accused Jack of stealing her "content" multiple times. On July 27th 2023, Jack addressed these accusations directly in his video. In this video, Jack expresses his strong disapproval of SSSniperWolf's content, particularly her repetitive, lazy, and generic TikTok reaction videos. He argues that her success is undeserved, as it comes at the expense of multiple creators whom she never sought permission from to react to or profit from their work. To support his claim, Jack and his team reached out to 9 creators whose videos were reacted to by SSSniperWolf. All of them confirmed that they were never asked for permission, and some were even unaware that she had reacted to their videos. One notable example was an animation by TheJege12, which was reuploaded to TikTok by someone else and then reacted to by SSSniperWolf (essentially freebooting a freebooter). Her reaction video received 13.6 million views, while the original video only received 1.6 thousand views.

Jack further criticizes SSSniperWolf for her lack of transformative content, arguing that her videos do not qualify for protection under Fair Use. He points out that her commentary adds little value, often merely summarizing what she's watching or using basic phrases. Additionally, Jack takes aim at YouTube and VidCon for promoting and boosting her influence, which he believes sends a negative message to creators, encouraging them to "steal" rather than create original content.

Jack then transformed his parody JJJacksfilms channel to be more transformative by playing a game rating Lia's reactions, first with letter grades, then by playing Bingo with her repeating cliches (such as "Rain effect", "Random tangent", "Unnecessary yelling" etc.)

On September 29 2023, Jack released a video titled "The WAR on stolen content!", which featured Mikey Skates, a content creator who had his video stolen by Lia, and he confirmed he wasn't aware of it. Thanks to Jack's help, he was able to get his video removed out of Lia's reaction.

In response to this, on October 13 2023, SSSniperWolf arrived to Jack's house, claiming it was 5 minutes from her shoot, and posting multiple stories on her Instagram profile, one of them leaking Jack's house online - effectively doxxing him and his wife and putting them at risk.

SSSniperWolf posted a story saying that Jack was harassing her for months and that she was threatened. However, Jack claimed he has a video of her outside his house. Later that night, Lia posted a story where she shows a video of her showing jacksfilms channel saying how he is obsessed and ask if she should get a restraining order against him. Jack posted said story to Twitter and was saying how ironic it was due to Lia stalking him. Lia made another Instagram story, saying that Jackfilms was defaming Lia, claiming his address was public on Google, and mentioned that she doesn't know how to dox. Jackfilms responded by reiterating that she was outside of his home while him and his wife is inside.

This behavior is unacceptable and violates YouTube’s policies on harassment and cyberbullying. It sets a dangerous precedent if left unchecked which could encourage others to follow suit with similar harmful actions.

We are calling on YouTube to take immediate action by demonetizing SSSniperWolf’s channel until she rectifies her actions towards other creators and adheres strictly with the platform’s rules regarding content theft and privacy invasion.
