Dear friends,

Let me introduce myself.
My name is Yulia Litvinova and I create educational videos for children in English, Spanish, French, and Russian languages since 2012.

Recently my two Youtube channels in French were terminated in error:

Mizyaka Dizyaka FRA (86,821 subscribers and 80,681,006 video views)
https://www.youtube.com/user/mizyakadizyakafra

and

Bébé Télé (82,410 subscribers and 65,326,879 video views)
https://www.youtube.com/user/telebebetv

Each channel had more than 80 000 subscribers and more than 80 millions views.

PROBLEM

The channels were terminated by Youtube in February 2017.
It was done suddenly, without a single warning, and without a reason.

I did nothing wrong:
There were no copyright strikes on any videos, no violations of YouTube’s Community Guidelines and copyright policies.
I never spammed, used deceptive practices, or published misleading content, etc.

On my French channels I published my own original educational videos for children in French language.
All third-party content (French voice over and background music) in my videos was used under licenses or agreements from respective parties.

HOW I TRIED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

I appealed to Youtube with a request to reinstane my terminated channels, and had a quite long correspondence with a Youtube Team member, but to no avail.
He said my case was reviewed and then re-reviewed by specialists and they could not reinstate my channels, saying that
"the activity in your channels prohibits spam, scams or commercially deceptive content."
It is a very vague phrase, which does not explain anything. No proofs were presented. What exactly have I done wrong?
I must say again: I did not do anything bad mentioned by the specialists.

I kept asking what was the exact reason for termination, but no reason for termination was even given.

CONSEQUENCES

Meanwhile my young viewers around the globe are left without my educational cartoons in French.  Now they ask me on my Facebook fan page where they can watch our French cartoons.
I don't want to boast about myself and my videos, but more than 80 000 of subscribers on each channel is not a small number.
Some of the cartoons had millions of views - the ones that turned out to be very popular and were done in wooden toys like style (for example green sorter truck with wild animals, red tractor with farm animals, a red sorter truck with numbers, and Choo-Choo train with numbers and shapes).

It is hard to continue working on new cartoons knowing that Youtube can just terminate your channel any moment, without a warning, without a valid reason.
In such a case I even cannot get a reasonable explanation why this had happened.

Shortly speaking, this is very frustrating and unfair how Youtube deals with its users.
I read similar stories on the Internet about other Youtubers who were dealt with the same way I was.

I ASK FOR YOUR HELP

Anyway, I ask for your gracious help.

Let us hope Youtube hears us  and reinstates the channels.
