Justice for Nikhil Yadav, Justice for Youth.

Justice for Nikhil Yadav, Justice for Youth.
The Issue
"India is a young nation, and the youth is the hope of our future."
Recently It was shocking to see the political system killing the democratic system. Few days back there were elections in Delhi university for the student union. Many young boys and girls were contesting the elections being supported by political parties, as these elections are considered as political nursery for young budding future leaders of the country.
The major contest was between the BJP led ABVP front and Congress led NSUI front.
The NSUI candidates lost the elections amid huge support and a single directional wave in their favor.
The voting machines were old and tempered, the documents were forged, as per the chief election officer Prof. D.S. Rawat admitted, that it was done under heavy pressure from top leaders sitting in center.
The matter was brought before the university authorities and they were found avoiding and manipulating. Further those voter students from various colleges who raised these issues before the university authorities were threatened by the university and their corresponding college authorities to take back their complaints, else they will be suspended from college.
All the documents provided by the university were forged and lately prepared and clearly indicated the pressure and favoritism, as the aggrieved candidates win effects the upcoming elections in various states.
Finally the matter was submitted to the Delhi High Court, having full faith in the judicial system.
The lost presidential candidate from NSUI Mr. Nikhil Yadav and his other counterparts Mr. Arjun Chaprana, Vice president Candidate, Ms. Vinita Dhaka, Secretary Candidate, and Mr. Mohit Garid, Jt. Secretary Candidate (Winner) are on protest since the day results were declared and fighting against the corruption that occurred and demanding for re polling, so that the faith of the youth stays with the democratic system.
The lost presidential candidate from NSUI Mr. Nikhil Yadav is one of the most brilliant candidate ever in the history of Delhi University elections. The students had lot of hope from him and his team for bringing reforms to the system.
No media channel is bringing this national issue before the citizens, and such acts shakes the pillars of democracy (Judiciary, Executive, Media and legislative).
We feel very sad when we see our Hon'ble Chief Justice of India weeping in front of the citizens. This shows that he is helpless and judicial pillar is on verge of collapsing, as already the other three pillars are inclined, that we daily see in the form of politicians, bureaucrats etc being caught for corruption and favoritism.
From this incident which is just a very small election, we can easily make out that such stuff happens with the general elections of this nation too, and many leaders come to power by just shaking these democratic pillars.
The most affected is the youth, as their future gets totally hampered resulting in corruption, unemployment, anti social activities etc.
Such example as cited above of Mr. Nikhil Yadav should be supported by all youth irrespective of political inclination and a nationwide movement to be initiated so that such kind of evil practices should be killed as soon as they start growing as it's like a cancer, which has no treatment after a certain stage is crossed.
“The peculiar evil of silencing the expression of an opinion is, that it is robbing the human race, posterity as well as the existing generation, those who dissent from the opinion, still more than those who hold it. If the opinion is right, they are deprived of the opportunity of exchanging error for truth: if wrong, they lose, what is almost as great a benefit, the clearer perception and livelier impression of truth, produced by its collision with error.”
Every citizen has right to know, understand truth, form opinions about what’s happening in society.
These pillars can only be supported and held firm only by the youth, who has the vision to change and reform.
The youth is the hope of our future, let's not kill this hope.
Be united, Be one, Bring revolution, Bring change..
