REMINDER:Tonight at 7pm at Town Hall, the Planning Board is hosting a PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL about Unicorn's Underhill Farm development (formerly Soundview Preparatory School). 

Please come and voice your concern about the potential impacts to our quality of life in Yorktown should Unicorn’s proposed development go forward.

We need all residents to come forward and voice their concerns about the following issues: 

• Community and neighborhood character 
• Open space, aesthetics
• Environmental impact
• Historic and architectural resources
• Infrastructure impacts
• Traffic congestion

Residents need to speak out TONIGHT and let the Planning Board know your concerns about this proposed development. Help us create public awareness to the potential impacts of this development. We need to protect our quality of life in Yorktown.
