I am concerned regarding the development at 471-473 Swan St. If you are concerned too please raise your objections with Yarra City Council before the 24th of June thank you. 

My objections are                                                                                                           1. Increased traffic during and after construction                                                         2. Lack of parking before and after construction                                                           3. The possibility that there are 3 building sites on Belgravia st (150m long) at the same time 2 building developments have already got approval.                                    4. Increased fire danger due to more people exiting a dead-end street.
